Conversion to 8.1 app #91

Changes:

Sizing now looks right on 8.1
Click/touch events were not working because of changes in event properties being sent as strings now and event name deprecation
User info was not working and crashing the application because you can't put the custom html inside it anymore, had to change to flyout

There are minor visual changes:

Menu is a flyout now so the user info is no longer clickable (it didn't do anything before so this is good)
Log out button in menu now has the look of a button, not a menu button (I think it looks better that way anyway)
Logo is positioning itself slightly different but looks the same overall (was getting cutoff after the 8.1 conversion)
