Add comment block #23

So that students can document their code a little bit, make it more readable.

Here’s a draft design I made a few weeks ago with comments:

I think they’d be better if they looked a bit more draggable (either as a block or by some other way), but I think it’s also nice to have a little bit of whitespace above them (because in blocks-land we have no concept of a newline really). I also like how in the design above they’re typographically bolder to look more like they’re indicating a new section (which is what most of the code comments in our curricula do already!).
