Increase width of toolbox #30

Move the toolbox to be two columns instead of one (at least for Hour of Code). This will make better use of the space that we have.

Are we going to force the sidebar to be closed? I generally find on iPad we’re pretty width-constrained :disappointed:

Which sidebar? The Khan sidebar? That should already be closed if you visit a block page on the iPad (I fixed that the other day). Let me know if it's not!
