Possible to open New Number Scrubber hidden #99

  1. Have enough blocks so that the editor can scroll
  2. Tap one of the parameters of a block near the bottom

    Expected

The New Number Scrubber should not be cut off

Actual

It's obscured.

Essentially the same as #90. We'll probably need to shift the scroll position of the editor up, if it's close to the bottom.
