Create gh-pages branch #1

You should create a gh-pages branch so that we can view this as a live site (it'll then be visible at https://khan.github.io/structuredjs/). You should add an explanation to your demo page and make it the index.html page.

I'd also use this to keep master and gh-pages in sync: http://brettterpstra.com/2012/09/26/github-tip-easily-sync-your-master-to-github-pages/
