I have searched every option but this seems to be my only option . The account is fake and by the looks of it , it is continuing to post spam and fake content. Please forward to help get this account off of Instagram . @_h_ry19

Okay so I'm extremely new to this kind of stuff. Like new born baby new. I have a few things downloaded and should be ready to go with this but I have a few questions. Can I just upload this as is and it will be good? If not what do I need to edit? Where should I put the username that's to be targeted. Do I need to put my account information in, if so where and the last question is do I need to be friends with the user in order for this to work?
