New Plushables

Moobloom, Froge, Owl, Hampter, Dormouse, Sea Bunny, Statuette, Mammoth, Tiger, Walrus
Added Patchouli-based guide book
- 2D item, 3D held model
- Contains recipes for every plushable and cap
- Contains other info about each plushable

Added 4 advancements that should ease players into the mod's mechanics upon smelting a copper ingot.
Patchouli guide book is given via advancement when the player crafts a plushable builder
Changed builder crafting 'ding' sound effect to be quieter and more pleasant to the ears
All plushables can be waterlogged
All plushables can be popped off the ground by pistons

Network packet sound spam
Powered plushable code bloat
Tater & Irritater LOD z-fighting
Potential global builder 'ding' sound
Some GUI Item model sizes have been tweaked
Removed redundant models and textures
Hugely compressed every texture losslessly, gaining around 100kb free space
Packet handlers now use PlayerLookup instead of sending packets globally
