when i produce the 'setup',the gcs report a error,see the attach,please help me #18

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

HappyKillmore's Ground Control Station v1.2.70,
directx_Jun2010_redist
xp sp2 os 

Please provide any additional information below.
i reinstall the xp os,but have the same error.

This will be fixed in the next release. I guess you don't have any speech 
synthesizers installed. 

You can fix this today by installing one of these:

Turns out Speech is a part of .NET 3.0. Install this and it should fix the 
problem
