This functionality would create the Khiops evaluation report for a test dataset in the sklearn workflow.

pkc.evaluate_with_khiops(X,y, file=None)
- X is a Dataset
- y a target vector
- The report would be available in pkc.evaluation_report_ or
- Return the raw JSON report always and write to a file if file != None.
This could be implemented at the level of KhiopsPredictor
