Clean NSIS files since we no longer need the "search and replace" process #441

Description

Since c944826b9a0445bb43f4a1e9436ca2d841f3b0e4, the "search and replace" is done with cmake. We can remove the function ReplaceInFile and all its references:

delete file packaging/windows/nsis/ReplaceInFile.nsh
delete ReplaceInFile references in khiops.nsi: https://github.com/KhiopsML/khiops/blob/f3084a940dfa804cf4784ee52e82faeae45c7cbd/packaging/windows/nsis/khiops.nsi#L330
