Update to v3.2 #22

New features

Add Compact mode (#18, #21).
Show elapsed time (#10), #11).
Add Shuruq time (#20).
Add notification sound.

Enhancements

WinUI: Improve widget positioning.
Fix some layout errors for texts in the widget pane on the taskbar (#17).
Add widget's version to the installers filenames (comment in #9).

Bug fixes

Fix widget crash when showing the widget after hiding it.
Fix the issue of unsuccessful injection of the widget into the taskbar.
Fix the issue of time jumps when Windows wake up from sleep/hibernation.
Fix a race condition on synchronization context in ObservableObject.
