Validator name confusing #2

Regarding the validator name BlackDomainListValidator did you mean BlockDomainListValidator?

@rimvislt Black list and Block list are similar but there are small difference, black lists are known threats (Domains) but block lists are not necessarily threats but are still denied access for other reasons, Here because we want to validate emails, some providers such as temp-mail are threats and we know that so we should use black list.
