Add enums refpage, and a bunch of others. #80

Improve redirects in .htaccess to cover a lot of other missing refpages.

Fixes https://github.com/KhronosGroup/OpenCL-Docs/issues/246

I am going to go ahead and merge this immediately as it's just addressing an oversight in keeping the refpages up to date (see comments on the issue).

N.b. there are some unrelated changes which are just an artifact of bugfixes having been made to the OpenCL API and C specs since the last time the refpages were generated.
