Update README for asciidoctor/HTML extension specs #82

While the README is generally correct, it doesn't describe how to handle extensions with asciidoctor spec sources checked into the OpenCL-Docs repository in terms of generating HTML and getting it into this repo. I'll take an action for that, unless @bashbaug wants to.
