remove links to the old OpenCL C++ Bindings PDFs from the registry #83

Discussed in the June 9th teleconference. The PDFs are out-of-date and the Doxygen-generated documentation should be used instead. The PDFs themselves are not removed from the registry, but the links are.

@bashbaug do you want Maintainer rights on the repository so you can do stuff like this yourself? (if you don't already have them, which I haven't checked).
