Communicate with the volunteers #62

We need to provide a bit of communications with the volunteers. Once we have the 10 people locked down we should thank the remaining volunteers in an email, maybe keep the door open for backup but they should hear from us at least once.

ok, I'll compose a mailer. It won't be more than a week or two until we provide them with preview access but I can send out a message beforehand.
