SYCL Intro grammar #476

The SYCL 2020 rev 7 introduction reads:

SYCL (pronounced “sickle”) is a royalty-free, cross-platform abstraction C++ programming model for heterogeneous computing.

The grammar here is pretty weird, and I think one (or more) words have disappeared.

The odd grammar exists in SYCL 1.2.1 also. Personally, I think there are too many words, and we can just say:

SYCL (pronounced “sickle”) is a royalty-free, cross-platform C++ programming model for heterogeneous computing.
