Recently added BGRA tests failing on multiple platforms #455

Tests added in https://chromium.googlesource.com/external/github.com/KhronosGroup/VK-GL-CTS.git/+/26c550ce2e8d35a66781ac882b8c8ebb67b88913

are failing on every platform in ANGLE testing infra (NVIDIA/Intel, Linux/Windows/..., GL drivers / ANGLE+Vulkan) Where were they tested?

Hmm I might have misunderstood, the "GL driver" case I mentioned might still be going through ANGLE so it might be an issue with ANGLE.
