This PR adds the synchronization samples from https://github.com/KhronosGroup/Vulkan-Docs/wiki/Synchronization-Examples as a dedicated chapter to the guide. This is a very valuable resources that's sadly a bit hard to find. Having it in the guide will hopefully increase it's visibility.
