Update sample names and add missing descriptions

Description

Several, mostly recent samples didn't have proper names set in the CMake files (and one was missing a description). We display that information in the samples launchers, and those samples showed up different (see e.g. dynamic_blending):

With this PR applied, samples show up with proper names and descriptions:
