Remove orphaned readme files in raytracing_basic and raytracing_extended

These two files are not used anymore.

I don't think we should remove those. They are needed for the docs site.

I don't quite understand. What are they used for? There's no sample with those readmes anymore.

Sorry, my mistake. I didn't realize that those were left overs from the renaming.
