allow for clang-format CI job to save out artifacts on failure.

This is just a quick little thing to help @SaschaWillems out.

Note: The Samples CI runs a number of checks including:

- [ ] My changes build on Windows, Linux, macOS and Android. Otherwise I have documented any exceptions
