Broken link on VK_KHR_maintenance7 proposal #87

The proposal page for VK_KHR_maintenance7 links to a Vulkan structure under 3.2. This link is broken, as it tries to access said structure from the proposals module instead of the spec module:

That link shouldn't even exist - the proposals are intended to be renderable directly out of the repository by Github. There are a few other places in the proposals this happens. The result will be like the other places something is linked to out of the proposals, it will go to the standalone refpage for that API rather than staying inside Antora, which is another case where the difficulty in creating links that work in both Antora and asciidoctor shows up. But at least it won't be broken.
