[WebGL2.0][Firefox]Reference image seems wrong in Mul_dynamic_xxx tests #2048

OS: w10_64bit GPU: AMD/NV browser: Firefox config: enable webGL2.0, enable OpenGL rendering

Steps: 1)"https://www.khronos.org/registry/webgl/sdk/tests/webgl-conformance-tests.html?version=2.0.0" 2) run test "deqp/functional/gles3/shadermatrix/mul_dynamic_lowp.html" 3) test case "shader_matrix.mul.dynamic.lowp_mat2_mat2_vertex" failed, result is different with reference.

Attach the first 5 vertexes drawn in shader_matrix.mul.dynamic .lowp_mat2_mat2_vertex, according to my calculate, render result is ok. DYNAMIC_lowp_mat2xmat2.xlsx

PS: test failed in both AMD and NV asics.

I don't think anything is wrong with the tests themselves. They pass in Chrome Canary with ANGLE's D3D11 backend as well as on an NVIDIA GPU with ANGLE's OpenGL backend (pass the command line flag --use-angle=gl to Chrome):

C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Chrome SxS\Application\chrome.exe --enable-unsafe-es3-apis --use-angle=gl

On an AMD R7 240 GPU with current OpenGL driver, these tests fail in Chrome with --use-angle=gl. Here is a screenshot:

Attached is an excerpt from about:gpu from this machine.

@jdashg you might want to switch Firefox to use ANGLE's D3D11 backend by default. I see these tests fail pretty badly in Nightly 52.

Yes, test pass with Chrome, I was reporting against Firefox.
