Update modified Vulkan logo for Khronos logo guidelines #6

Per the logo guidelines we should not add or subtract elements from our logos (even though they are owned by Khronos). @neiltrevett suggests altering the logo on the main page from:

Fortunately there is space on the topbar for this. @marty-johnson59 could you ask Dominic (whom I think you said did the current modified logo) to take a swing at this?

N.b. I would look at making the "DOCUMENTATION" part a bit smaller font size, just as an aesthetic preference. We might want to think a bit about how to scale this to other Khronos APIs if they migrate to docs-like Antora sites in the future.

Hi @neiltrevett, just following up on the logo for docs.vulkan.org. IMO, I think the existing logo looks the best (aesthetically) - but if we're breaking too many rules, I suggest just dropping back to the standard "Vulkan" logo as it fits best on mobile devices (and is non-controversial). LMK if you'd like us to make that change. Thanks

My take on this is that it was @neiltrevett's suggestion to begin with and, since there has not been followup from him, we should close this as WONTFIX.
