BrainStem animation is broken #497

On the sample viewer page, the BrainStem animation is broken. It looks like only the root node rotations are applied, but the model remains in its T-pose with no transformations applied to them.

Same error with CesiumMan asset. Looks like skeletal vertex animation is not working.

@jim-ec Can someone from UX3D look at BrainStem and CesiumMan? These are older sample models, part of the initial release of glTF 2.0, but they should still work here.
