Can you please build outside of the packaging tool. The error appears to me 
that glib 2.26 is being found but it appears that gsettings is not being found 
(which should be part of glib 2.26)

Can you try SVN r427, I added some compiler and linker flags that should help.

Also, you may want to adjust your package script to include libcurl. I see that 
it is missing from you config.

I believe so, but you might want to double check with Caesar. I have not done 
much with .deb buildscripts.
