unable to load config #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in netbeans while deploying webapp

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
successfully compile and deploy web app. Instead i am getting this message: " 
bean - 
jar:file:/C:/Users/.../NetBeansProjects/project123/build/web/WEB-INF/lib/struts2
-bootstrap-plugin-2.0.0.jar!/struts-plugin.xml:27:148

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1. netbeans 7.2 running on Windows 7 Ent.
2. tomcat 7
3. struts2 2.3.4
4. struts-boostrap-plugin-2.0.0

Please provide any additional information below.
I saw your solution. could you please provide the compiled java classes.

i solved my issue. i had to upgrade to Struts2 2.3.20. Then i downloaded the 
defs, recompiled and re-jarred.

i attached the latest jar again for anyone to use.
