Small Outline Packages with pin pitch smaller than 1.27

Seems great to me, except that you deleted some packages without suggesting an equivalent, for example MSOP-*(EP).kicad_mod. Please ensure no footprints are deleted.

Now all packages have similar equivalent.

Thanks for your great contribution! The only suggestion I have now is that you could unify the distance between pad 1 and its silkscreen marking. That would make your footprints even better.
