I have updated from my previous attempt to merge.

SSOP and TSOPII

Corrected or updated or wrote descriptions
Double checked reference and value (oops)
Corrected or added 3dshape

TSOPII

Corrected Silkscreen
Corrected Package Name

SSOP

The EP thru-holes are my "thermal vias", I can remove them if you'd like.

Is there something I'm missing?

Hi,

Please add the courtyard on the TSOPII model. Also, I suggest you remove the holes from the exposed pad on the SSOP-20 footprint. The user might not want to connect to the other side of the PCB. If he wants, he'll add vias manually.

I'll be honest, I forgot that this existed for a while. I guess it's time to write it onto a sticky note and get to it sooner rather than later.
