Added 3d part for Bosch LGA-8_2.5x2.5mm_Pitch0.65mm package #1796

Made step and wrl files as per the discussion #1775

Refer Bosch BME280 datasheet page no. 41, for dimensions.

Corrected the position of the vent hole and the marker pad. The pad numbering starts clockwise from the right side, as per the datasheet.
