fixed several issues in transistors.lib/dcm #1844

unified naming/description
fixed some packages (e.g. TO-220-variants had wrong names)
fixed wrong BF245/244 symbols (https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-library/issues/1843#issuecomment-345438714)
added BF545
added some missing datasheets

This lib still needs an overhaul (e.g. stacked pins on SOIC-8 MOSFETS, unified symbols, HGSOF-8-packages are not found/have been modified ...), but I will do that in a future PR. For now these fixes should suffice.
