Adding the Decawave DWM1000 schematics in Decawave.lib #1848

Hi, This PR is adding the schematics for the DWM 1000 Ultra Wide band RF module. This module is a module with integrated antenna, the footprint was submitted few days ago by someone else, but i could find any trace of the schematic :

I made a 3D model with freecad of this footprint, i ll propose it to kicad team Asap. Awaiting your feedback if anything is to be improved. Regards.

Hi @ouinouin we are no longer accepting 3D model files to this repo - please submit the models to https://github.com/kiacd/kicad-packages3d

If you remove the 3D models from this PR then we can merge just the schematic symbols :)

Hi, the 3D models were removed (this is great compared to last time i submitted a footprint, there wont be anymore duplication of 3D models :) ). Thanks for review.
