Add a quick test procedure for ngspice to the README.

Ngspice will be on the builds from http://downloads.kicad-pcb.org/osx/testing/, starting May 19th.

A proposal:

Open the sallen key demo
Start the simulator via Inspect -> Simulator (in master) or Tools -> Simulator (in 5.1)
Add the following to the settings simulator settings to allow it to print he ngspice version
```
.control
version
.endc
```
Run the simulation
Add some signals to the graph
