GSM Modules #1390

Makes sense at this time to create RF_GSM or RF_Mobile in symbols and footprints?

After v5 was already a telite module, In v5 tag have been added the SIM800 and SIM900, In master have been added ublox Sara and Sierra_XA11X0.

I don't mind to have the task to move and fix the symbols path.

Agree it makes sense today to move the GSM module from RF lib to a new RF_GSM library.

Currently changed with https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-symbols/pull/1392 and https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-footprints/pull/1278
