Clarify preferred donation path #460

We have engaged with the Linux Foundation because they offer a much better means of support for Open Source project development. We should make this clear on the website. There are also significant tax benefits to US donations for donating via LF.

I take issue with the tax deduction part because it's almost impossible to claim now short of donating in excess of the standard deduction > 12k :P

Oh. That's actually right. It only counts for some businesses b/c LF is 501(c)(6) not (c)(3). Fixing...
