Update Deepin/UOS Linux install KiCad

I'd rather avoid adding Deepin information to Debian. If you'd like to make a new distribution section for Deepin with the proper installation instructions, that would work.

Yes, adding this line to the Debian page does not make sense as there is a giant list of distros that can also be included on the same basis of "its Debian".

I'm not entirely against a separate entry but would it actually be any different than the Debian page?

I don't think it needs to be different from Debian. This would be equivalent to the Mint page being a copy of Ubuntu.

All it needs is the Deepin logo and a copy of the debian instructions with the additional "Unsupported" banner that distros get when they don't have a dedicated developer.
