KICAD_PTEMPLATES is depreciated #63

I see in the install.nst that KICAD_PTEMPLATES is still being maintained. But according to this blog entry (dated 2018-05-19) KICAD_PTEMPLATES is now depreciated and KICAD_TEMPLATE_DIR should be used instead.
