Why is there no Chinese help file(kicad-doc/zh) in the kicad-5.1.1 distribution? #84

There is a Chinese help file displayed in the installation directory, but there is no option to select the Chinese help file in the installation wizard, and it is mistaken that there is no Chinese help file.
