Use github for all sources #93

For some reason the proxy is not happy with launchpad, but github works. We don't really need to pull the source directly from lauchpad, so lets just use github as the others for now.

Note that this move to GitLab at this point. The Launchpad git repository will be deprecated soon.

@sethhillbrand yeah, I know, I just had some trouble fetching sources, but this is not really needed anyways.
