Which Treecorr bin-centre to use #1

Treecorr provides: # R_nom meanR meanlogR xip xim xip_im xim_im sigma_xi weight npairs

For the band powers and COSEBIs it probably doesn't matter which one we use as the bins are so fine. Nevertheless do you have a preference @maricool ?

Shouldn't make much of a difference but I guess meanR makes more sense.

Closing issue: meanR now used as the default theta for the bin in both the COSEBIS and Pkk analysis
