Flux-Radii and Faint source in simulations vs DR4 #5

@lshuns demonstrated that there is a difference in flux-radius between the image simulations and DR4. Similarly, there is a dearth of the faintest sources.

Updates from @lshuns to remove the "magnitude-match" required for cross-matches between simulations and COSMOS seem to have alleviated some of both of these problems. Still some difference that we think might be related to the SourceExtractor settings in the simulation (#2).
