Virus Total Integration #20

In the current design, mod authors can specify download links for mods containing .dll, .exe and other executable files.

I think it needs a "Check on Virus Total" button that can be clicked after downloading, but before installing the mod and any of its dependencies.

Yes we'll probably need to figure out some type of protection
