Got a quick bug to send over. It seems if you move the talking head frame it will start tossing lua errors.

Message: Action[SetPoint] failed because[SetPoint would result in anchor family connection]: attempted from: TalkingHeadFrame:SetPoint.

turns out there was some server-side cvar causing this
