[Bug Report] Doesn't appear ingame, or in the addon list

Describe the bug.

When 10.1.5 dropped, the addon made the game run at 11fps (I turned off every other addon I have to confirm), so I updated to the latest version.

Now the addon has disappeared entirely from the game. It doesn't appear, in the UI, and it's not even listed in the game's Addon list.

The only place it appears is in the Curseforge app (statyus: installed), and it the retail/interface/addons folder.

Steps to reproduce.

Installed via Curseforge app, and copy/pasted directly from an old backup to the addons folder. Neither successful.

Expected behavior.

ChocolateBar appearing in the UI, or at least in the Addons UI.
