What game version did the bug occur in?

Vanilla Classic, Burning Crusade Classic, Wrath of the Lich King Classic, Retail

Troubleshooting

[X] I have verified that ChocolateBar is up to date.
[X] I have tried to reproduce the bug with no other addons loaded.
[X] I have verified that the issue hasn't yet been reported.

Describe the bug.

the bar is below the screen notch on a macbook air and can not be placed below the notch even with free placement

Steps to reproduce.

use on a mac with a screen notch
set free placement on a bar
move the bar below the notch
lock the bar

Expected behavior.

the bar can be placed below the notch

With the Option in WoW to extend the UI below the notch it works fine but the plugins behind the notch will not be visible.
