there are a few things this depends on

1. some type of item that can be spent to create a new quest (several questions arise from this. to spend items on the website is that simply trading the item to the KickbackKingdom user? so that there is a trade log/history or would this spending process be something entirely different)
2. how does one obtain this item to spend on creating quests

Future things would include: Payment processing in order to obtain the item by simply paying for it as well
