Update to fix the Terraria Download issues. #3

Hi Andy, a friend of mine was trying to use your plugin and it was not working, so I fixed it. I also moved some repeated code to function because I felt like it. Take a look and if you have any concerns or suggestions we can look at them. HMU on discord im Adarol on the WGSM discord.
