We have reached out at both numbers on the account and followed up with email responses to obtain more information about the families that are not receiving emails to resolve this issue.
After reviewing send-grid the emails were delivered and screen shots emailed to Mr Viggers.

I have checked the email addresses and everything seems to be correct. They are receiving the weekly reminders that are sent out to let them know they have not been to class, but the communications we generate weekly for upcoming events, they are not getting.
