I am unable to log in to my account. Username: melissa.allen (Pensacola Academy) when I attempt to reset my password (which I have not forgotten) it states there is no KS account with my email.

Thank you for reaching out. Your studio should be able to help you retrieve your password, but we will be happy to help as well. What email address are you you trying to send your password to?

I sent a password reset link to the email address you have on file.
